The name Papiesfontein has become synonymous with exciting beach horse rides on a pristine beach just outside Jeffreys Bay in the Eastern Cape, South Africa. Frankie & Esré Lötter have been farming this area since 1980 and run Papiesfontein Beach Horse Rides together with their children Casper, Barend and Barbara in addition to their cattle farm. They began the horse trails in 1996. Today they have 55 well-schooled and good natured horses to choose from. Horses are mostly of the Boerperd and Nooitgedacht breeds. These beach horse rides have become such a popular item that they are now regarded as a "must-do" when visiting Jeffrey's Bay. Transport: Having a problem with transport?
